| Customer Service Representative Job Purpose: Sell phones, phone cards and postpaid plans. Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Roles and responsibilities: • Treats customer with courtesy, respect, and concern. Provides prompt service to customers and responds to opportunities to help others. Investigates inquiries and provides prompt feedback • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Prepaid and Postpaid services • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. • Recommends potential products or services to management based on customer interactions. • Taking stock at the beginning and end of each day, Invoicing the customers, accounting for stock and cash by reconciling at the end of each day • Orders appropriate and sufficient products to ensure adequate stocks always on hand • Keeps work area neat and organized • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Demonstrates Good time-keeping Commission based on top of fixed pay | |
