Application Analyst This person will report to the Information Technology Manager. The Business Applications Support specialists will be responsible for supporting the new Business Enterprise Application and will supervise and lead highly skilled junior staff members while providing training whenever required. Qualification Requirements: Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer systems design or computer science, and 4 years equivalent work experience. Proven experience in overseeing the direction, and implementation of software solutions. Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies. Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc. Knowledge of database design and file management techniques. Broad knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. Knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and standards, including Dell Servers, IBM servers, RF devices, PDA's and TCP/IP. Strong familiarity with SQL and other Database management tools.
