| Business Development Representative The Business Development Representative is responsible for the management of the lead generation process and sales support within a specific United States geographic territory. This front line position requires exemplary communications skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. The individual will have a high degree of customer facing interactions as well as responsibility for representing the CompAnalyst sales team to prospects in order to generate quality sales leads. In this role you must have sales skills, a drive to succeed and have the ability to work in a team environment. This position is located in Montego Bay. Primary Responsibilities include: 1. Prospecting within a geographic territory for qualified leads 2. Working closely and in a collaborative manner with assigned Account Executives (AEs) 3. Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly reports as needed 4. Assisting in the sales process as needed 5. Conducting needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned 6. Working internally with account executives, sales managers, and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations. 7. Working with assigned account executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans 8. Assisting Account Executives with scheduling of demonstrations, outreach programs, and events 9. Working as a conduit between prospect and AE when appropriate 10. Participating on demos when appropriate Qualifications required/desired: 1. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must 2. Previous experience in an inside sales or customer service role is highly preferred 3. Level 1 Heart Certification is required; college degree preferred Highly competitive pay and benefits. | |
